The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Growth Manager to drive creator acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and social commerce growth through Tik Tok Shop. This individual will play a key role in expanding creator engagement, managing affiliate programs, coordinating live commerce initiatives, and scaling revenue through high-performing influencer partnerships.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partners
• Develop and grow creator relationships through outreach, collaborations, and ongoing engagement
• Execute affiliate campaigns, commission programs, and product seeding initiatives
• Coordinate creator-generated content and live commerce activations
• Manage creator communication channels and community engagement programs
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and growth teams to identify expansion opportunities
• Monitor affiliate and creator performance metrics and optimize program effectiveness
• Research competitive trends and emerging social commerce strategies

• Proven success managing Tik Tok Shop affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or social commerce initiatives
• Strong understanding of creator recruitment, affiliate ecosystems, and performance-driven growth strategies
• Experience supporting creator communities and influencer engagement at scale
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with in home, lifestyle, apparel, consumer products, or related categories is highly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Additional experience or certifications in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce platforms
• Background with rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer brands, creator agencies, social commerce organizations, or marketplace-focused businesses preferred.
