• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Support the creation of website content, blog posts, and email marketing materials.

• Help coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, assisting with analysis.

• Experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within an e-commerce or marketing context.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva) are a plus.
• Understanding of content marketing principles and SEO basics.
