• Create compelling and persuasive content for website, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand messaging.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
