• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and content strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing impactful digital content strategies that drive measurable results (e.g., audience growth, engagement, lead generation).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media strategy, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong understanding of video production, podcasting, and other multimedia content formats.
