This hybrid role requires a data-driven individual who can develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will be instrumental in maximizing ROI from our advertising spend, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our e-commerce platform reaches its full potential within the Kwa Zulu-Natal market.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.
• A/B test different ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and expand reach.
• Identify and explore new performance marketing channels and opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce context.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
