Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the myCME/HME Campaign Performance team. This position can be based in our New York City or Paramus, NJ office on a hybrid work schedule; three (3) days in office depending on business needs.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in the promotion and delivery of continuing medical education courses for three brands: , Haymarket Medical Education (HME), and NACE.

Responsibilities:

Execute digital marketing campaigns to support overall campaign objectives and performance goals, including building emails and submitting scheduling requests to Email Ops

Review email schedule to ensure all campaigns are scheduled and deployed appropriately

Create and manage Learner Notifications within the proprietary LMS, ensuring timely and relevant communication

Facilitate cross-promotion across Haymarket Medical Network sister sites, ensuring accurate placement and timing including banner ads, newsletters, ad modules, etc.

Ensure accuracy and quality assurance across all marketing communications prior to deployment

Coordinate bi-monthly placement of activities on  specialty pages to enhance visibility and engagement

Qualifications include:

At least three (3) years of related work experience

BA/BS degree required in Marketing or Communications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creative/copywriting experience

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management and communication skills

Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects

Experience in HTML is a plus

Experience with Eloqua or other Email Service Providers is a plus
