Creative Designer

Recraft is recruiting a designer to produce and test paid advertising across static and motion formats, then develop successful ideas into more polished campaigns.

Develop and test static and video ads for Meta, Google and Tik Tok, then refine successful concepts for larger campaigns. Use campaign metrics to choose iterations, create different lengths, placements and localized versions, and use Recraft Studio while feeding production findings back to the product team.

At least three years producing performance or acquisition creative, including video. Portfolio of ads that ran, with context on results; strong motion design, editing and static-design skills; knowledge of hooks, captions, safe zones and platform policies. Practical AI image/video production experience and ability to switch between quick tests and polished delivery. Full-time remote contractor, based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia or Serbia with the right to contract there.
