Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Education & Events team supporting the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a get-it-done mindset, strong organization skills, and a personable, outgoing communication style that helps drive team momentum.

New York, NY Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Support education and events initiatives by completing day-to-day education tasks and event support activities. Assist with trainings, product orders, and purchase order (PO) support to keep programs running smoothly. Help manage marketing projects and maintain organization across deliverables, timelines, and team needs. Contribute to entry-level marketing production tasks such as PP support and one-pagers. Work closely with the Marketing team to support retail brand education efforts and on-the-ground coordination.

• 1–2 years of relatable experience or skills (entry-level is okay with relevant exposure).
• Strong personality fit: outgoing, energetic, down to earth, and able to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, task-oriented, and focused on driving results.
• Interest in and knowledge of beauty/retail brand education, with familiarity from environments such as Sephora or Ulta.
• Comfort collaborating with a team in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Work on education and events that support retail brand learning and customer engagement. Be embedded with the Marketing team and help keep projects organized and moving forward.
