Social Media Engagement & Community Senior Analyst

We are looking for a passionate, culturally attuned social media professional to join Hilton's social media team and help bring the brand's voice to life across its most important social platforms. In this role, you will be at the heart of Hilton's day-to-day social engagement and community management, working closely with the Manager of Social Media Engagement and Community to execute a strategy that turns every interaction into a meaningful moment of hospitality.

From monitoring conversations and drafting sharp, on-brand responses to spotting emerging trends and identifying opportunities for authentic brand participation, you will play a critical role in deepening Hilton's relationships with guests, fans, creators, and travelers around the world. • Execute day-to-day community management and engagement across Hilton's priority social platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and emerging channels
• Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and brand conversations across owned and unowned channels to identify timely engagement opportunities
• Draft concise, conversational, and platform-native social copy for comments, replies, community posts, captions, and real-time interactions
• Proactively identify cultural moments, trending topics, creator conversations, fan moments, and relevant category discussions where Hilton can authentically participate
• Surface real-time engagement opportunities to the Manager, Social Media Engagement and Community, with clear recommendations for how the brand should respond or participate
• Engage with guests, fans, creators, and brand advocates in ways that feel personal, relevant, and consistent with Hilton's brand voice
• Monitor Tik Tok, Instagram, Threads, X, Reddit, and other digital communities for emerging trends, memes, language, and behaviors relevant to Hilton and the travel category
• Identify standout guest stories, fan content, creator posts, and user-generated content for potential amplification
• Support the execution of surprise-and-delight moments, including identifying recipients, coordinating logistics, tracking outreach, and documenting outcomes
• Support community-first activations, gifting, fan recognition, and other engagement programs from concept through execution
• Route customer care needs and reputation-sensitive conversations to the appropriate teams using established escalation protocols
• Help maintain Hilton's social editorial and engagement calendars to ensure timely execution around campaigns, cultural moments, partnerships, and planned content
• Maintain response libraries, community management guidelines, FAQs, escalation resources, and other engagement documentation
• Deliver daily and weekly opportunity spotting, highlighting conversations, trends, creators, and cultural moments Hilton should consider joining
• Produce weekly and monthly community reporting, including engagement performance, sentiment themes, standout moments, and emerging opportunities
