Summary:

This role protects accurate, on-time hiring campaign launches; done well, each opening has clear messaging, current tracking details, and a smooth path for prospective applicants. This is a fully remote, Washington-based contract role supporting advertising and people-team campaign activities.

• Prepare campaign briefs, audience notes, and posting copy for approved openings.
• Coordinate launch dates, creative assets, and channel requirements with campaign partners.
• Maintain requisition details, campaign trackers, and source-level performance notes.
• Review live postings for accurate titles, location language, links, and consistent branding.
• Route applicant questions and campaign updates to the appropriate hiring contacts.
• Compile weekly activity summaries covering spend, response volume, and posting status.

• Interest in recruitment marketing, digital advertising, or talent programs.
• Familiarity with online job-posting platforms or paid media concepts.
• Ability to write concise, audience-focused copy and campaign updates.
• Comfortable working with trackers, deadlines, and detailed launch checklists.
• Able to collaborate remotely and handle changing campaign priorities.
