About the team:
The Walmart Connect Account Strategy team leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. This team collaborates cross-functionally to translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies, optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and customer insights. Members serve as trusted advisors to clients and internal partners, managing campaign setup, pacing, and reporting. The team fosters continuous improvement by leveraging innovative tools and strategic recommendations to support revenue growth.

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet key performance indicators.

Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with ad technology platforms.

Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.

Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.

Analyze data to generate actionable insights for campaign growth and improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.

Mentor team members and support their development through coaching and feedback.

What you'll bring:

Develop strategic plans and execute managed-service and self-service campaigns, acting as a consultative expert.

Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives.

Attend and lead external calls, demonstrating expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.

Deeply understand and apply media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsor ships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics.

Communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Adhere to internal SLAs and QA processes, ensuring seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences.

Confidently presents strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue.
