Job Description & How to Apply Below

You will be the heartbeat of Oleeo's event strategy, turning vision into reality and ensuring our brand's presence is felt across the industry. This role is for a collaborative, hands-on executor who thrives on creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Virtual Event Production & Webinar Management
  • End-to-End Webinar Execution: Structure and promote our own and third-party-sponsored webinar series alongside targeted partner-channel marketing webinars.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Lead the strategy and multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content) to drive registrations, manage RSVPs, and oversee target audience segmentation.
  • Technical Setup & Production: Own the event lifecycle within CRM and webinar platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoom or Sequel.io), ensuring seamless digital delivery and data integrity.
  • Speaker & Partner Coordination: Co-manage virtual joint events with channel partners, such as RPOs, and key partners, such as Shaker, serving as the main point of contact to brief speakers and align on promotional assets.
In-Person Field Marketing & Partner Events
  • Joint & Regional Activations: Plan and execute in-person Oleeo or joint events with partners such as Shaker.
  • Proprietary Events: Support the delivery of Oleeo's flagship annual Customer Summits (US and UK), delivering an experience that maximises customer retention and community engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to ensure all event formats accurately reflect business goals and generate measurable pipeline.
Campaign Tracking, ROI & Post-Event Operations
  • Demand Gen Integration: Ensure every event successfully feeds our demand generation engine with clear lead-tracking, scoring, and structured follow-up sequences in Hub Spot.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key event metrics (registration, attendance, demo requests, pipeline impact, and ROI) using Hub Spot dashboards to derive continuous improvements.

This role is based in our Wimbledon Park Head Office with a hybrid Wimbledon and home working pattern to be agreed with the Marketing Director. You must have the legal right to work in the UK (onboarding is subject to UK security checks) and be happy with international travel to our events in the US and UK.
