Marketing Operations Associate - Engine

We have a hybrid approach to working here at Engine - our preference is that you're located within a commutable distance of our London office so that we're able to interact and collaborate in person. We don't like to mandate how much you visit the office and work from home, that's to be agreed upon between you and your line manager.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to help build best-practice playbooks and processes cross-functionally, and provide critical operational support across various marketing initiatives including digital media, paid-campaigns, events and sponsor ships, and communications and partnerships. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the marketing team, offering operational and organisational assistance to enhance productivity, activation execution, and drive maximum value from our martech stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and strong initiative. They will also have experience or exposure to digital media and paid campaigns, building and maintenance of a martech stack, and working cross functionally across timezones.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including paid campaigns.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for campaigns to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting on metrics to identify areas for optimisation.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including conferences, sponsor ships, webinars, merchandise and internal/external meetings, primarily for our UK&I and EMEA activations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle event-related communications.
• Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing event timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support strategic partnerships and sponsor ships.
• Support the Creative Studio with by organising co-branded marketing materials and activations aligned with partnership goals.
