Smile more Orthodontics, a growing orthodontic, is seeking an outgoing, organized, and

results-driven Referral Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is

responsible for strengthening referral relationships, supporting local marketing

initiatives, and promoting continued practice growth through community outreach and

provider engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced,

relationship-driven environment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, dental offices, and community partners through regular communication and in-person outreach.
• Coordinate and conduct referral visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, networking meetings, and community engagement events.
• Travel locally to referring offices, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to support relationship development and practice growth.
• Develop strategic referral and marketing initiatives to support patient acquisition and practice growth.
• Manage communication between the practice and referral sources to ensure exceptional service and partnership satisfaction.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness strategies.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including educational meetings, office promotions, and team-building activities.
• Assist with management of social media presence, website updates, online reputation management, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop customized referral growth strategies to support provider expansion and new doctor onboarding.
• Monitor referral trends and growth metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership regarding marketing effectiveness.

• Marketing or related field preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally as needed for business development activities.

• Primarily freelance/remote work with regular travel to referral offices, community events, and outreach functions as needed.
• Travel between practice locations and external business development meetings may be required based on organizational needs.
• Fast-paced work environment requiring adaptability and multitasking

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry marketing materials and office supplies up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent computer and phone use required.
