As an Integrated Communications Assistant Manager, you ll help deliver integrated campaigns that spark engagement, build our brand and drive commercial impact. Working across paid, owned and earned channels, you ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, creating joined-up communications that resonate with audiences, earn attention and contribute to culturally relevant, talkable marketing.

Reporting to the Integrated Communications Manager, you ll support the development and execution of integrated communications plans that connect brand, media, social and creator, content and PR activity into seamless customer experiences. You ll work closely with internal specialists, agency partners and stakeholders across the business to help ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively impactful and flawlessly executed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and commercially minded marketer who is passionate about integrated communications and understands the importance of creating campaigns that people notice, engage with and share. You ll help shape activity from planning through to delivery, using audience insights, cultural trends and campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.

For this job you ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office.
