This role leads the end-to-end process of sourcing, writing, and promoting compelling partner stories that highlight our collaborative success and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
Story Development:

Identify and source inspiring stories from our partner ecosystem.

Conduct interviews with partners and internal stakeholders to gather insights and data.

Write and edit engaging partner stories that align with our brand voice and messaging.

Process Management:

Maintain an efficient process for story collection, creation, approval, and distribution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and partner management, to ensure stories meet business objectives and comply with brand guidelines.

Manage a content calendar to plan and schedule partner stories.

Promotion and Distribution:

Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize the reach and impact of partner stories.

Maintain a story library with stories categorized by type of story, type of partner, and narrative themes.

Leverage various channels, such as our website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and events, to distribute content to relevant audiences.

Monitor and analyze story performance using relevant metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their stories are accurately represented and promote their success.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner stories support overall business goals and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, storytelling, or a related field.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with content management systems and promotional channels.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools.

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a technology or B2B environment.

Familiarity with partner marketing or co-marketing initiatives.

Basic graphic design or multimedia skills.

This role is open to remote anywhere in the US.
