Position: Senior Brand Designer

Location: Remote (Must reside and work in CA or NY; occasional travel)

Pay: $110,000 to $140,000 annually

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description

Support marketing and visual material design for marketing, business development, recruiting, and client engagement purposes.

Design campaigns (digital/print) for advertising, social media, web content, email marketing, publications, and professional materials.

Create pitches, requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, and attorney credentials/ presentations.

Develop and translate ideas into visual communication, including infographics, charts, data visualizations, and presentations.

Oversee full-cycle project management to meet required deadlines.

Maintain/develop brand standards, visual identity systems, templates, and creative resources.

Create marketing materials for client programs and practice group campaigns, and recruiting communications.

Design event materials (invitations, signage, sponsorship, graphics, and branding).

Work with outside vendors to produce photography, video, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.

Improve creative processes, organize digital assets, and streamline workflows.

Remain current on design technologies and AI tools.

Standardize design/production of branded merchandise, stationery, and marketing peripherals.

Position Requirements

Must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, visual storytelling, and brand management.

Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, advanced PowerPoint design).

Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) is preferred.
