• Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and emerging platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
