• Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Actively monitor and engage with our online community across all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
• Analyze content performance metrics and community engagement data to identify trends and optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation trends, social media best practices, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Community Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce-focused work.
• Demonstrable skills in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
