Marketing Manager - Beauty E-commerce

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across various online channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty for our e-commerce platform.
• Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads) to achieve target KPIs.
• Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Manage social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement across relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets and website content.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and affiliate partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and the beauty industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that have driven significant ROI.
• Extensive experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with remote and in-office teams.
