E-commerce Marketer

Our client is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented E-commerce Performance Marketer to join their dynamic team, with the flexibility to work remotely. • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant channels.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to identify trends and insights.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with performance targets and overall marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in e-commerce performance marketing and paid media management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
• In‑depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
