This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, but with a strategic understanding of the South African market, including regions like the Free State . You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various digital platforms, managing our social media presence, and driving engagement that translates into online sales.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media, blog, email newsletters, and website, aligned with e-commerce goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Manage the social media calendar, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with our online community.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all content.
• Analyze content performance and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and executing social media advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest content creation tools and social media best practices.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how content contributes to search rankings.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
