The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management and continuous optimization of our client's e-commerce platform, focusing on driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless online operations.

• Manage and optimize product listings, categories, and website content for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media integration.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the customer journey from browsing to checkout, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute online promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and manage online inventory levels in coordination with warehousing and logistics teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Provide regular reports on key e-commerce performance metrics to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the e-commerce platform, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Demonstrable success in increasing online sales and conversion rates through strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
