E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist

Our client, a rapidly growing online retailer, is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for their e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing and executing paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment of new affiliates and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.Identify new opportunities for growth and customer acquisition through paid channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms is a plus.
