As Digital Advertising Manager, you manage paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, make budget calls, build roadmaps, and explain performance narratives. This AI-first digital agency keeps paid media separate from SEO, giving you focused ownership across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Manage conversion tracking, attribution, GA4, tag manager, and pixels
- Build quarterly and 90-day client roadmaps
- Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationships
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign-building, execution, and optimization experience
- Proven ROAS, CPA, or pipeline performance improvements
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live United States client calls
