• Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including social media posts, graphics, videos, stories, and potentially blog content.
• Manage social media channels, scheduling posts and actively engaging with the online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy with campaigns and product launches.
• Analyze social media performance data and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and e-commerce best practices.
• Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Work with product teams to gather information and create accurate and appealing product-related content.

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly within an e-commerce context.
• Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media and content.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
