Remote E-commerce Social Media Manager

• Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign efforts.
• Manage influencer outreach and collaborations to expand brand reach.
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing content and campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, E-commerce Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and sales.
• Excellent content creation skills (visual and written) with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
