Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms. Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals. Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends, industry news, and competitor activities to inform content creation. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions. Conduct market research to identify new content opportunities and audience interests. Manage freelance writers and designers as needed to scale content production.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing, with a focus on the beauty or wellness industry. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful content creation and strategy implementation. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube) and content management systems (CMS).

Experience with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
