This role requires a highly skilled and charismatic individual with a deep passion for makeup artistry and a proven ability to connect with audiences online. You will be responsible for creating captivating digital content, hosting live virtual makeup tutorials and consultations, and representing the brand across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional understanding of makeup techniques for diverse skin tones and types, combined with strong online engagement skills and a knack for inspiring customers. Develop and execute engaging makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, and beauty-related content for live streams, recorded videos, and social media platforms. Host live virtual makeup consultations and masterclasses, providing personalized advice and application techniques to clients. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and aesthetic across all online interactions. Respond to audience comments and questions during live sessions, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement.

Stay current with the latest makeup trends, product launches, and beauty industry news. Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop creative content strategies. Test and review new products, providing honest feedback and showcasing their application. Drive engagement and follower growth across designated brand social media channels. Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation at all times.

Achieve engagement and reach metrics as defined by the marketing department.

Extensive professional experience as a Makeup Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles and techniques. Proven experience in creating and presenting engaging online beauty content (e.g., You Tube, Instagram Live, Tik Tok). Exceptional virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of diverse skin tones, face shapes, and makeup application techniques. Strong social media presence and a demonstrated ability to build an online community.

Proficiency in using video recording and editing software is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. A charismatic personality with a passion for beauty and educating others. Excellent understanding of brand representation and marketing principles. Creative flair and a proactive approach to content creation.
