E-commerce Digital Strategist

This role is fully remote and will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's digital growth strategy across all online channels. You will leverage data analytics, market insights, and emerging trends to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to drive e-commerce growth, including marketing, sales, and user experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and define strategic initiatives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and data analysis.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the e-commerce platform's user journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, e-commerce management, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital strategies that have resulted in significant business growth.
• Expertise across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, PPC).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRO methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
