Grow Dexisphere using Dexisphere: prospecting, outreach, funnels and content.

Remote
· UK or Europe Full-time

We sell software that does marketing and sales work, so our growth team runs on it. You'll prospect, run outreach, build funnels and write the playbooks, using Dexisphere agents for the busywork and your own judgement for everything else. What you learn goes straight back to the product team.

• Plan and run acquisition across outbound, content, partnerships and communities.
• Use Dexisphere agents daily to prospect, verify, send and follow up, and document what works.
• Build and improve landing pages and funnels, and report honestly on their numbers.
• Write blog playbooks and launch posts people actually save.
• Share customer insight with product and design every week.

• 3+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B or SaaS company.
• Hands‑on outbound experience, including list building and email deliverability basics.
• Clear, concrete writing with no filler.
• Comfort with analytics: you set up tracking and read the results yourself.
• An experimental habit: small bets, measured, then doubled down or dropped.

• Experience marketing to agencies or small businesses.
• Lifetime‑deal or community‑led launch experience.
• Basic HTML and CSS for quick page edits.

• Meaningful equity Everyone owns part of what we're building, with a long exercise window.
• Remote‑first Work from where you do your best work. Async by default, a few overlap hours.
• Health cover Private health insurance for you and your dependants, or a stipend where that fits better.
• Learning budget $1,500 a year for courses, books and conferences. No approval form.
• Home office stipend $1,000 to set up a desk you like, plus a new laptop of your choice.
• Flexible time off Take the time you need, with a 25-day minimum we actually check.

We have other open roles, and we always read thoughtful notes from people who'd make Dexisphere better.
