Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist

Our client, a rapidly expanding online retailer, is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from any location. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a strong focus on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) for our client's e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, coupled with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract high-value customers and achieve aggressive growth targets. • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CPL, and Conversion Rate.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal allocation and spend.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify competitive advantages.
• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs.
• Generate regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
