  Ninja's growth agenda and drive viable levers to increase sales and service performance, including marketing, the website, partnerships, and new sites
• Take ownership of website content, positioning, and messaging, deciding what to communicate, how, and why; funnel and conversion mechanics are handled by the Product team
• Identify, evaluate, and develop growth-driving partnership opportunities
• Define and guide SEO and paid marketing strategy, working with the in-house Marketing team on execution
• Explore and potentially launch new channels to expand reach
• Track and report on the sales and revenue impact of initiatives
• Take initiatives from idea to measurable business results

• Ideally, a marketing background combined with commercial or growth ownership experience
• Experience leading a product or building and running a business
• E-commerce experience and understanding of how content, SEO, partnerships, and product decisions translate into sales
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels
• Experience evaluating or building partnership opportunities
• Ability to own website content and positioning strategically, not just execute content briefs
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to prioritize based on revenue and business impact
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; the role is built around initiative, not assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and comfort reporting directly to the CEO
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate growth work
