Account Manager; Email Marketing); Fully Remote

• This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a portfolio of DTC e-commerce client accounts within a fast-growing email marketing agency.
• You’ll serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication stays clear, proactive, and focused on delivering strong outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear, proactive communication through Slack and email.
• Coordinate copywriters, designers, and implementers, planning work ahead and keeping projects moving from brief through delivery.
• Monitor account performance through Klaviyo, Omnisend, and analytics platforms, translating results into actionable next steps.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working at an agency, ideally in account management or client services.
• Strong experience communicating directly with clients, with excellent written communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of email marketing activities including flows, campaigns, pop-ups, and performance reporting.
• Fully remote, remote-first working environment.
• Opportunity to manage a portfolio of approximately 27 active DTC e-commerce accounts across multiple industries.
• Direct ownership of client accounts and significant responsibility from day one.
