IPSY is seeking a VP, Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement to own the strategy for driving member engagement from first touch through long-term retention. You will define the engagement strategy, segmentation, and measurement infrastructure to prove CRM's impact on the business.
You will lead the loyalty program and CRM channels (email, push, SMS, site/app) and build a high-performing team that collaborates with Growth, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Analytics.
