Brand & Content Manager; Fully Remote

• Hands-on role owning Fin Strat's story across website, social, and partner channels.
• Primarily writing and editorial, with a strong preference for design and contractor management experience.
• Reports to VP of Brand & Partnerships with CEO visibility.

What success looks like:

• In the first 90 days, bring brand renewal through leadership approval and build a content calendar.
• By six months, launch the new website with refreshed positioning and consistent messaging.
• Use engagement data and feedback to shape future content.

What you'll do:

• Lead content for the website launch and brand rollout.
• Write and edit decks, one-pagers, case studies, thought leadership, and email.
• Manage social media and distribution calendars, plus design and contractor briefs.

What you bring:

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing or content, or founder-facing experience.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment, plus stakeholder coordination.
• Comfort with AI tools, a growth mindset, and an understanding of founders and investors.
