Bloggers Ideas is a digital marketing, SEO and affiliate marketing blog founded by Jitendra Vaswani in 2013, now also an AI automation and growth agency serving startups, SaaS founders and ecommerce brands.
The role
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to run the editorial calendar across the Bloggers Ideas blog and agency content engine. You'll set priorities, coach writers and make sure every piece supports traffic, leads or affiliate revenue, not vanity pageviews.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly/quarterly content calendar for Bloggers Ideas and selected client programs
- Brief writers, review drafts for voice and accuracy, and publish with SEO and schema in mind
- Map content to funnel stages (awareness, comparison, conversion)
- Coordinate with SEO on keyword clusters and with design/dev on featured images and templates
- Report on content performance (organic traffic, conversions, affiliate clicks)
- Support thought-leadership articles for founder Jitendra Vaswani
Qualifications
- 4+ years in content marketing or editorial management (agency or high-traffic blog)
- Proven organic traffic or lead growth through content
- Experience managing freelancers or a small writing team
- Working knowledge of SEO and Word Press publishing workflows
- India-based (remote OK); strong async communication
Nice to have
- Affiliate or SaaS content background, distribution experience (email, Linked In, communities), AI-assisted drafting with human edits.
Salary: INR 55,000 - 1,10,000 per month, based on experience. Full-time, remote. Apply through the Apply Online box with a short note, your CV/portfolio and 1-2 work samples.
