E-commerce Sales Specialist

Our client is looking for a skilled and driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to manage and grow their online sales channels remotely. You will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing online product listings, and driving traffic and conversions. This is a fully remote role perfect for an individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, who can effectively contribute to the brand's online presence and sales growth from anywhere, including the Western Cape region.

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces and platforms.
• Create engaging product descriptions, images, and marketing content.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Monitor online competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitiveness.

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Takealot) and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Experience with e-commerce operations and customer journey optimization in Paarl .
