Senior Brand Manager, FMCG

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends for key FMCG products.
• Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform brand positioning.
• Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation across marketing activities.
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless brand execution.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging consumer trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven success in developing and launching successful brands and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and P&Ls.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Midrand, Gauteng area or comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
