• Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy to achieve online sales targets for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimize online product listings, descriptions, and imagery across various e-commerce platforms and retail partner sites.
• Plan, execute, and analyze online marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, traffic, ROI) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online customer journey.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and third-party vendors.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices within the FMCG sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a significant focus on the FMCG industry .
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies and online marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
