• Design, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, SEO) with measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to uncover growth opportunities and refine campaigns.
• Test, experiment, and scale new marketing tactics to reach and engage target audiences globally.
• Report regularly on campaign results, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

• Experience:
  
  You have solid hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
• Analytical mindset:
  You are skilled in analyzing data, drawing insights and recommending optimization actions.
