About the role

Our Global Solution Marketing team within the Video Systems and Solutions Marketing and Sales Department is responsible for communicating the value of our solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders worldwide. We translate complex technical solutions into clear, engaging, and compelling stories that support global product and solution launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail‑oriented student to join us as a Global Solution Marketing – Visual Content & Media Design Intern.

In this role, you will bring our solutions to life through visual storytelling, video production, graphic design, and AI‑powered creative tools. You will help create engaging content for different channels and audiences, ensuring that our global marketing materials are visually consistent, informative, and ready to use across regions.

You will be based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

Your responsibilities and tasks

1. Visual content and creative production (~50%)

Translate solution value propositions and customer use cases into compelling visual concepts tailored to different target segments and industries.

Produce and edit solution videos, including explainers, use‑case visuals, short‑form clips, and product or solution demonstrations for global launches and marketing campaigns.

Design creative assets such as website banners, newsletter headers, social media visuals, and presentation graphics, adapting them to the requirements of different channels.

Use generative AI tools to develop creative concepts, visuals, and design variations, ensuring that all outputs are accurate, brand‑compliant, and reviewed before publication.

Ensure consistency with IQSIGHT brand guidelines and help build a reusable library of visual assets for regional marketing teams worldwide.

2. Solution launches and sales enablement (~20%)

Support global solution launches by creating ready‑to‑use launch kits containing visuals, videos, and messaging for regional product marketing managers and sales teams.

Develop visual sales enablement materials, including solution overviews, one‑pagers, pitch presentations, and short training videos.

Help adapt global marketing assets so regional teams can easily localize them for their markets.

3. Content creation (~10%)
