Based in the coastal city of Richards Bay, Kwa Zulu-Natal , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our client's values and target audience.

• Identify and vet potential social media influencers and brand ambassadors who align with the client's brand identity and target market.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and ambassadors.
• Create and manage content guidelines and briefs for influencer collaborations.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide comprehensive reports on ROI.
• Act as a liaison between the client and influencers, ensuring smooth communication and execution of campaigns.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and the e-commerce industry.
• Manage the distribution of products and promotional materials to influencers.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand ambassadorship, preferably within e-commerce.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and managing influencers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
