• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a significant focus on e-commerce/DTC brands.
• Proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth through creative and data-driven strategies.
• Deep expertise across multiple growth channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email, Affiliates, Referral Programs).
• Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a remote team.
