• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business goals.
• Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets effectively across various platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reports for key stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Expertise in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for campaign tracking and analysis.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Pretoria, Gauteng.
