We’re hiring a Project Lead, full time and fully remote working EST hours
Be the person ambitious B2B marketing teams trust with their website. You’ll be the client’s strategic partner, lead the designers and developers who bring the work to life and take each project from kickoff to launch.
It’s a role for someone who’s great with people and loves a well-run project: building client relationships, leading a team and keeping several projects moving ’ll report to the Head of Client Delivery, who holds the account and joins you for key client moments, working primarily US Eastern hours with some collaboration across UK and Pacific hours.
Success looks like clients who’d happily work with us again, projects delivered within budget and launches that happen when we said they would. Your bonus is built on exactly that.
What you’ll do- Give the client a clear way forward. Understand the brand, marketing priorities and commercial goals. Lead client conversations as their strategic partner, turn them into useful briefs and explain recommendations, progress and next steps. Raise concerns early with a recommended way forward, and bring in the Head of Client Delivery for key moments.
- Take the project from brief to launch. Own scope, plans and priorities in Click Up across design, development, QA and launch, and keep the project within budget. Track dependencies and capacity, resolve blockers and handle any change in scope with a change order.
- Lead a team doing its best work. Give your designers and developers the context and strategy behind each brief, turn client feedback into clear direction and coordinate handoffs. Review the design work day to day and hold people accountable with respect.
- Follow through on quality. Check every deliverable against the client’s goals, the brief and the brand before the client sees it, coordinate QA and see issues through to resolution. Spot chances for renewals and further work, and use retrospectives to improve how we deliver.
- Experience owning client relationships and project delivery. Creative, digital, web, branding or marketing agency experience is strongly preferred.
- A natural with people: clients trust you quickly, and teams enjoy working with you.
- Strong marketing knowledge, ideally B2B, and an understanding of how websites support positioning, campaigns and commercial goals.
- The ability to manage several projects in Click Up or a similar tool, spotting dependencies and scope issues early.
- Enough understanding of design and development to brief specialists and check their work, including wireframes, responsive layouts, CMS and QA through launch.
- Sound judgement in client calls and difficult conversations. You know when to clarify, challenge or elevate, and can recognise work that falls short.
- The ability to give clear direction and hold people accountable while maintaining a collaborative relationship.
- Practical AI experience for briefs, project information and repetitive admin, with your own judgement guiding decisions.
- Attention to detail and polish across the whole client experience.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
- Leading website projects from brief to launch.
- Hands-on Webflow knowledge. Prior Webflow experience is helpful but isn’t essential.
- Working with B2B SaaS, technology or high-growth companies.
- Brand or website strategy, demand generation, SEO or website performance.
Build direct relationships with ambitious B2B marketing teams, lead a team of specialists and help shape how Demandflow delivers as the company grows, with a clear route to Senior Project Lead.
- A bonus built on your results and your team’s outcomes, explained in full at interview, and a clear path to promotion.
- Access to frontier tools.
- Dedicated learning time, funded development and regular feedback.
- Work with specialists across brand, design, development and growth.
- 25 days’ paid leave, plus a minimum of one week off over Christmas.
- Fully remote, with a flexible schedule around your role’s collaboration hours.
