Brand Executive - FMCG

Our client, a well-established entity in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector , is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Brand Executive to join their marketing team. The Brand Executive will support the Brand Managers in executing marketing strategies, analysing market performance, and developing innovative campaigns to drive brand growth and consumer engagement.

• Assist Brand Managers in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and brand strategies for assigned FMCG brands.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to provide insights that inform brand strategies and campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital content across various platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and assist with community engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, R&D, finance) and external agencies to ensure timely and successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Assist with budget tracking and management for marketing activities within the Mahikeng, North West region's brand portfolios.
• Contribute creative ideas for new product development and promotional activities to enhance brand appeal and market presence.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry or a consumer-focused role.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and the FMCG market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow within a professional marketing environment in Mahikeng, North West .
