• Develop, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok, tailored for e-commerce objectives.
• Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to ensure ad targeting is precise and effective.
• Create compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design and content teams.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, tracking key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Optimize campaigns based on data analysis, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, targeting refinement, and A/B testing of ad elements.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve campaign goals.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid social media advertising for e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of paid social efforts with overall marketing strategies and promotions.
• Explore and test new advertising platforms and ad formats relevant to the e-commerce sector.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Advertising Specialist, Paid Media Buyer, or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and native ad platform analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and creative optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
