Messaging Activation Marketing Manager

The Messaging Activation Marketing Manager is responsible for transforming messaging strategies into engaging customer experiences across digital and physical channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content and storytelling that clearly communicate complex technology and business concepts. The position combines content creation, project management, and strategic execution to support consistent, compelling messaging across customer touchpoints.

• Develop and execute messaging and content strategies that translate complex technology concepts into engaging customer experiences across digital and physical channels.
• Create and optimize digital content, including homepage, portfolio, and solution-focused content, to support customer engagement.
• Develop interactive storytelling experiences across customer-facing environments that align with broader messaging and content strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and customer needs.
• Translate technical and business concepts into clear, audience-relevant stories that communicate value and encourage customer engagement.
• Manage projects from messaging development through content creation, review, and deployment while maintaining narrative consistency and quality.
• Provide direction, feedback, and editorial guidance to creative agencies, vendors, and other content partners.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support research, editing, content development, and workflow efficiency while maintaining standards for accuracy and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deadlines.
• Maintain messaging consistency across channels and adapt content to address different audiences, formats, and customer experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in messaging, content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or related functions, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging and translate complex concepts into clear, audience-focused content.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including experience developing digital content that supports customer journeys.
• Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Digital, and other cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors or creative agencies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools used for content research, editing, development, or workflow optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage deadlines and deliverables in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of B2B technology areas such as networking, security, cloud, AI, or enterprise solutions is preferred.

$52.00 - $57.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from any approved location within the United States.
