Role Summary
Were hiring an Organic SEO Specialist with 34 years of hands-on SEO experience. You will plan and carry out on-page, off-page and technical SEO for international client websites. Youll track rankings and report results, and you'll explain performance clearly to Australian clients. This is a full-time remote role with working hours aligned to Sydney business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Do keyword research and competitor analysis for Australian, US and UK markets
- Optimise content, meta tags, headings, internal linking and site structure
- Run technical SEO audits covering page speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup and Core Web Vitals
- Plan and carry out white-hat link building, outreach and citation building
- Manage local SEO and optimise Google Business Profile listings
- Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions in Google Search Console and GA4
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and walk clients through results and next steps
- Brief writers and optimise blog and landing-page content for search intent
- Keep up with Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews and AI search visibility
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO
- Proven work on international SEO projects (Australia, US, UK or other overseas markets)
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO: site audits, indexing, schema and page speed
- Experience with white-hat link building, local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Ability to track and analyse performance and explain it in plain language
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A reliable internet connection and a home office setup
- Experience with Australian clients or the Australian market
- Knowledge of AI search visibility and Google AI Overviews
- Working knowledge of Word Press and basic HTML
- 100% remote: work from anywhere in India
- Direct exposure to international clients and markets
- Ownership of real client accounts and results
- A supportive, growth-focused team with room to move into senior SEO roles
- Hands-on work with AI-driven search and modern SEO tools
- Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday
- You must be comfortable starting early in the morning, IST.
